INDIANAPOLIS, June 28, 2016 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Duke Realty (NYSE: DRE) sold The Marketplace at Anson, a retail center at 6537-6705 Whitestown Parkway South, Whitestown/Zionsville, IN, to MAP Whitestown, LLC

Located in the northwest corner of Greater Indianapolis, the 38,373 square foot retail center is shadow-anchored by Lowe’s and is 96 percent leased. Cushman & Wakefield Senior Vice President Jacque Haynes, CCIM, and Senior Managing Director Bill French represented Duke Realty in the transaction.
